not freezing anymore after 2 years

Bought the Kenmore version at sear 2 years and an half ago, built by Frigidaire like the other guys said in an other review, was doing a "popcorn" sound but now no more popcorn, almost no more cold air... trying to get warranty call but since sears is gone... good luck to me...a fridge should be good for a least 10 years.

Overall it has been a good purchase. We liked the movable side door parts and the variety of different drawer sizes. The refrigerator is sleek, runs efficiently, is very quiet and easy to clean. Our two main complaints at this time - the slide out drawer within the refrigerator is very functional in the end; nice idea but wrong size. Also we do not like the flip out side door of the freezer. Doesn't close well and often boxes hang up the door so it won't close right.

I recently bought this refrigerator, and within 2 weeks it was replaced by another new one which had the same problem. The glass shelves have several ridiculously unsightly "decorative" circles which do not show up until the refrigerator has been plugged in overnight. No cans, bottles, or any objects had been placed on the shelves before the rings appeared.The rings overshadow each other & cannot be removed with cleaning. These rings are unacceptable. Please see photos attached. Please respond back to me regarding this issue. Thank you.
