I didn't purchase this dishwasher. It was installed by the builder. that was 3 years ago. I loaded, turned it on and went to bed. The next morning I was going to unload it and the dishes were still dirty and the lights wouldn't come on. I watched a few youtube videos on how to fix it. None of their methods worked. 3 years really?

Lower swing arm breaks a lot

Latch Trouble - won't latch - machine thinks it is latched - YIKES!

Good product! Hasn't given me trouble until now, after about 6 years of service.Right now there is an issue with the latch - it won't latch is the trouble. The machine believes it is latched and it will run - but can't shut it off without causing a power interruption - and the dishwasher won't latch properly. Without the latching, I cannot use the dishwasher. Not sure how to manage this problem, but I am inclined to open the inside door panel and see if I can identify the issue. Any suggestions?

Does not clean dished well at all. Lower sprayer makes contact with heating element and has melted it several times. Overall very unhappy with all of our Frigidaire appliances

Poor performance and the circuit board stopped working - twice!

Just over four years old, and the circuit board inside the door is done. We had a repair tech fix it once, but he advised not to fix it if it broke again, which it did two weeks later. Even when it WAS working, it was a poor performing dishwasher, never really getting the dishes clean. Stay away! We absolutely regret buying this dishwasher, and will never again buy a Frigidaire dishwasher...
