The FFID2421QS does what it's supposed to. I got what I paid for, and am satisfied with the dishwasher. I could have paid more for a quieter, better looking, more options type of unit, but I chose this one! Great choice if you want a functioning dishwasher.

This dishwasher smells awful. Yes, I know the dishes are dirty but that has never made any other dishwasher I’ve had smell the way this one does. I wash all food off before I put dishes in there and the smell is so bad that it permeates the whole house. Also, the dishes are never dry. And yes, they are set to dry and yes the heater is up. They are always super hot after being run but also soaking wet. Super disappointed.

First off, how is this dish washer already discontinued? Second.. its junk.. we had to have a new touch pad put in shortly after we got it.. then it leaked and now it wont start.. so now what do i do? Huh fridgijunk?

THIS DISHWASHER DOES A POOR JOB AT CLEANING DISHES.LEAKS ALL OVER THE FLOOR ABOUT 80% OF THE TIME.KEYPAD HAS MALFUNCTIONED NOW. CONSTANT ERROR CODES AND NOW IT DOES NOT EVEN TURN ON.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE WE DID.

Plastic Tub Failed in 2yrs and 2 months

The area of the plastic that dips slightly around the "Overfill protector" in the front left of the machine has a hairline crack after only two years and two months. This is no where near the heating element and wasn't caused by anything other than normal use.
