Wont charge wont connect

Only used at work for a couple months now it wont charge or connect to Bluetooth... Never dropped it or nothing Super upset and waste of money And customer service keeps disconnecting me.

My wife uses this in the kitchen to connect to her phone and play music. Im amazed at the sound that comes out of such a small speaker. The lights are cute too. Shes very happy with it.

The P7 Xboom Go is LGs latest Xboom Go line update. The P7 features excellent sound full bass passive radiator and lights to boot. Its great for small gatherings or porch parties. It is small enough to carry around quickly and the new handle design makes it easy. The handle also functions as the speakers support base. I found the sound solid but a little light on the treble and mid-range. The speaker has exceptional highs and a solid base with LGs Meridian audio technology but the midrange is a little muddy and lacks detail. You probably wouldnt notice it too much for dance and party style music but for more alternative and rock music it is noticeable. The LG app does not allow for true EQ or the ability to tweak the sound profile. Instead it provides the same standard and sound boost options corresponding to the physical buttons on top of the speaker. The volume is surprisingly loud for such a small speaker and has a sound boost button that enhances the sound at higher volumes and increases the overall loudness. The P7 Is splash and water resistant making it a tremendous poolside boat or beach option. The battery life is also superb lasting more than 24 hours of continuous playback. I never needed to plug it in or charge it during my sessions. Bluetooth pairing was easy with or without the LG app. Using the LG app you can pair the speaker with another Xboom speaker and achieve stereo sound. There is even an AUX input for plugging in outside sound sources. The light show is cute but it will not blow you away. However it does provide a little extra ambiance in darker atmospheres. The app allows light show customization such as color and frequency of flashing. It also has several presets such as pool and forest which set the lights to a blue or green cycle. Overall the LG speaker impressed me and is worth the price. However its downside is the slightly messy midrange clarity and the lack of an EQ feature. The speaker would be perfect if LG allowed for a True EQ function. That being said I would recommend this speaker as a small portable speaker for small gatherings and parties.

This is a powerful and rugged portable speaker. I use the LG P7 Xboom Go with all of my outdoor activities. I listen to my favorite playlists while gardening. It was a snap to pair my iPhone 13 with the speaker and place it on my patio. I am able to clearly hear music wherever my chores take me. The sturdy handle adds to the portability. During the summer evenings we light up the fire pit and start the party with our friends. The sound is powerful and lights add to the fun. I find that the charge lasts more than needed for an evening. I was disappointed that the P7 Xboom Go didnt have the functionality to pair with my large Xboom RN5. That would have made the parties even better. Overall this is a great portable speaker for wherever you need music.

Not too good for my neighbors as this things rocks Weve used this quite a few times indoor and outdoor and the sound is superb with great bass. One evening when this thing was on and barely halfway turned up the sweet neighbors came knocking and said that we were too loud. which it wasnt. Being the kind and courteous neighbors we are we obliged. Back to the Xboom Go. Love the fact that we can turn off our living room lights and use the speaker as a light show Love the idea of using the app to control the light effects and speaker levels. Fantastic when we were camping one night. Battery last all night. I was extremely shocked on how good it lasted. I highly recommend this speaker to anyone that is in the market for a portable durable speaker.
