I bought this tv 4 years ago and the picture is amazing. At year 4 I notice that the panel was getting some burn in. I talked with LG about the burn in. They agreed that some people had some problems with there early models having burn in. Even though the warranty was over years ago they said that they would replace the panel with an upgraded panel making my tv better than new. That being said lg is a great tv with great customer service

I bought this TV four years ago and it has worked great - as advertised. I spent extra to get its 3D feature which also works great. The problem is that the screen can suffer burn-in which wasnt indicated by LG in its literature or manual which was somewhat inadequate in many respects. I didnt discover it until I looked at the extended warranty terms which mentioned that and said it wasnt covered. After fulfilling some requirements by LG they offered to replace the screen with a non-3D screen probably because they no longer had any or a partial reimbursement of 40 of what I paid for the set. That was far more than they had to do and far more than most competitors would have done. Such customer support has kept me in the LG fold because of that and the quality of their products at least in my experience. So in summary: great TV but lack of complete information about the possibility of burn-in on the type of screen it has which I could have avoided had I known.

Great TV and picture until severe burn-in sets in primarily on red and yellow screens where red turns into dark blobs and streaks and yellow turns green and numerous artifacts appear tickers badges. etc. LG replaced the screen after two years same burn in after another two years but after hours of calls and runarounds LG would not replace again...out of warranty. Very disappointed in LG customer support. I will not purchase another LG OLED TV.

It has a great picture and sound.

I bought the OLED65E7P TV on 9/2017 for home use. By 4/2019 The screen had a logo burned-in. LG did a one-time replacement of the panel. in 5/2019. The panel is still performing well. Having owned several LCD TVs including an LG 55LA9700 that is now 8 years old I was used to not worrying about burn-in and thought that issue was a plasma TV issue. Well OLED did burn-in and LG did make the right move in replacing the panel. We continue to enjoy TVs great performance as it approaches 5th birthday.
