Within the last few months the television will not stay connected to the internet. I called customer service twice and during the second phone call I needed to completely reboot the tv to the original settings and download the apps. Each phone call took one hour or longer. The tv still does not maintain the connection and we need to go to settings and manually connect the tv or unplug the tv. The internet connection is working from Xfinity.

Way better apps UI than the newer models. I wish the newer TVs would bring back the apps overlay instead of the full screen apps menu

PRODUCT NUMBER: OLED65C8PUA SERIAL NUMBER: 810RMQK3K764 PURCHASE DATE: November 10 2022 This is my TV. I am really very disappointed. Screen is burn in few places from TV station signatures and it is confusing to watch sky yellow.
