Great picture while it lasted. Burn in

This is a great TV while it lasted. The picture was wonderful however burning happened. Opened a ticket with technical support who was supposed to call me back within five days. Its been three weeks. Terrible support.

I love it BUT I cant get Roku to turn it off or on with Roku remote.

burn-in issues

image burnin occurred mostly because of the youtube progress bar. This TV ran out of red color. I wrongly assumed that permanent burn-ins could only occur suddenly after a prolonged display of the same static image. However It seems that they do occur after short and repetitive display of the same image like youtube progress bar. It adds up overtime.

Weve only had this television for a couple of weeks but so far so good Set up was relatively easy and quick the picture quality is excellent and hooking up the DVD player and amazon TV was simple.
