Terrible product, One Connect box and TV

total mess of a product, one connect box some times connects to tv sometimes not, when it does connect, then intermittently, every few minutes tv screen goes black, then 1-3 sec later comes back on again, an on it goes, ... such lack of support from samsung. .... never will i ever buy a samsung tv ever again !

these tvs are trash. had it for 2 years and it completely crapped out. dont waste your money on samsung products. they’re built to last just after the warranty expires!

Smart View has never worked on this TV, not with S9+, Note 9, S10+, Note 10+, Surface Book, Surface Book 2. None mirror to this screen. Have called Samsung Tech Support and was told "it should work". That was it, nothing more. Poor implementation and even worse tech support, I would no longer recommend buying a Samsung TV, I think the premium price tag is not worth the shoddy implementation of features. Other brands are better options as all my devices connect without issue to other brand televisions. I am running Samsung SmartThings WiFi 3-pack, which i also do not recommend, Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and S10+ phones and can not connect via Smart View to the UN65MU8000 TV.

TV started to go into a boot cycle and failed after 18 months. seems like a common problem on the support board.

TV screen broke 6 months after warantee expired

The TV was amazing while it worked. However, a discolored band misteriously started to appear and this just happened 6 months after the warrantee expired. I owned the tv for 1 year and 6 months and it broke just in time for the warantee not to cover the expense. I will need to buy a new tv and will not be buying Samsung again.
