This combination of freezer and refrigerator is excellent for our needs. We host family gatherings and prepare in advance so we have time to be with our guests. This LG has plenty of depth to handle large serving dishes when preparing for a party. Two ice makers keep thirsty guests satisfied.

First bought in 2015 and compressor broke in 2018. L.G. repaired and offered extended 5 year warranty which was useless since it broke down again now in 2023 unfortunately when we were on vacation. All our food was spoilt These are defective refrigerators and if you look at the stats on this website 41 rated this 3 stars or less and 25 rated 1 star. A refrigerator at this cost should last at least 10 years and not break down twice within 8 years. I have several L.G. appliances and now have no confidence in their products especially refrigerators. LG has offered to replace part but I have to pay for the labor. This is not good customer service for a defective product

Worst Customer Service ever had. Keep getting people that cant speaking understandable English and the backgound noise was so bad you could hardly even hear them. I have called several times regarding a refund for a warrantied repair and now they have passed me off to a company that doesnt even have a customer service number.
