We purchased this fridge in Feb 2018 with June 2018 delivery along with Bosch/Thermadore rangetop, dishwasher, and double ovens. 1. The warranty started at time of purchase not delivery, which meant that out first repair a few months later was just out of warranty. 2. That repair involved multiple internal compartments - drawers, shelves and door parts - cracking. 2. In 2020, about 1.5 years after using it, our ice bin was filled with a solid ice block. The ice tray was cracked. And the water valve for the ice maker was broken. It cost hundreds dollars to repair, and we waited over 6 months for the ice tray. 3. Now in June 2022, 1.5 years after last repair (and outside the 1 yr repair warranty period) again the ice tray was filled with solid ice. Again, the ice tray was cracked and the valve is broken. Bosch wants $700 to repair...except there are no ice trays in stock and none slated to be available. It's wildly disappointing because clearly the ice maker was engineered poorly.

Worked great for 3 years and 10 months then required a condenser and other major parts adding up to a $1,400 repair. But parts not available for 4-6 weeks so we had to replace it as we couldn’t go without a fridge for a month.

Not good product.

We had this refrigerator for less than a year but the main electric board has damaged. Hard to tell what caused the damage but now I don't have any refractor. I am trying to get support from Bosch.

I bought this refrigerator because I thought that it would be a quality appliance. the refrigerator is 3 years old and in the last 2 month I have put over $1000.00 in repaires and it still needs close to $500.00 to see if that fixes the freezer, which has stopped working. The repairman said that the defrost sensor has stopped working and needs to be replaced. The only way to get this part is to buy the entire evaporator unit, which is almost $300.00, plus labor to install, bringing the price to $500.00 I called the customer support line only to be on hold for over an hour before I hung up. At this point I do not believe I would ever buy another bosch product due to lack of quality and support.
