Doesn’t work after proper installation

unit will not add water. three weeks after trying to schedule service, tech showed up today. he left having to order a part. it will be at least a month, and it still isn’t working. i’m sure this isn’t typical for samsung, nevertheless, it didn’t work out-of-the-box and still doesn’t.

almost every piece of technology i own is samsung and until now, approved of them and recommended their products to friends. i have had this washer for only a year and a half and the control panel is already malfunctioning. the buttons and the dial rarely work, often requiring us to turn off the washer and then back on. if we are able to get a cycle going, the panel beeps incessantly-there are no error messages displayed. do yourself a favor and buy a different brand.

We purchased this washing machine and are not happy with the purchase. 1/ To loud. You hear a loud bang when the machine stops filling with water and starts to agitate. When it starts the spin cycle it sounds like it is going off balance and then starts to shake to a point the machine moves. 2/Uses too much water. Our water bill has gone up since we made the purchased. 3/ The clothes come out drenched. After the initial wash, I have to use the 'spin only cycle' at least 3 more times. Unfortunately, there is no lemon law for appliances. As a consumer, we purchase these appliances blind. You never know what you are going to get and how the machine will operate. Once the appliance is delivered; if you use the machine and you do not like it, you cannot return the appliance. Unfortunately, this is not an appliance purchase that we are happy with.

Great Washer but need bleach info

very happy with new washer. quiet, great cleaning and huge capacity. however the manual does not give the capacity for the bleach compartment or say which cycles use bleach. i did expect a option to use bleach or not when selecting wash options. still does not detract from my opinion of this great appliance.
