Paint on washer and dryer scratches to easily. Almost as if there is/ was no clear coat to protect paint which cost extra for grey finish. Durability of finish should be resistant to withstand plastic laundry bottles placed on top instead of light surface scratches

This is the BEST washer I have ever had. Cleans the North Carolina red mud and that is the best. It has many settings, easy to use, quiet, and is a work horse. I would recommend this washer to everyone. I love love love it!

Within a couple days after we bought this washer it started making such a grinding noise we requested a service technician who is scheduled almost three weeks after being requested! When I called I spoke with a barely English speaking rep in MEXICO CITY, MEXICO! Bring it back to the USA Maytag!!
