Had this dryer for 4 years with no issues. Stopped working all of a sudden just after finishing a load and I went to start another. Repairman went through and tested all the possible problems even down to the motor, all tested fine. My outlet tests fine as well. I live alone so it didn't even get used often. I'm currently shopping for a different brand.

We had to replace our dryer and because our washer was a Maytag and we liked it we bought this dryer. We are very disappointed. We always have to run the laundry through twice to get it to dry. We made sure to replace the hose and clean out the vent outside and it still takes forever to dry. We even bought dryer balls which are supposed to help with drying. I don't think we have done one load and it dried the first time though. We have used the sensor and the regular setting.
