Very pleased the first 3 years and then the dishwasher quit working during the cycle. Left dirty dishwasher in tub, dishes barely washed, sometimes detergent not yet dispensed. After weeks or months it will randomly start up again but still doesn't run a complete cycle. Lights on display may or may not come on. I'm am rating with a 2 simply because as much as I have like my dishwasher, I can't use it anymore until I find a repairman. Haven't had extra money to pay for service.

I was very pleased with my dishwasher for the first 3 years. Now it isn't working. It will stop completely during the cycle and then weeks later out of the blue it will start running. All of the lights are out until it starts up again. I can't use my dishwasher because it won't let me reset. It's difficult to find a reliable appliance repair man in my area.

The engineers of this dishwasher were very intuitive in their design. They thought of a lot about how people use this product and created a very useful, productive machine. They used good materials, made the washer extremely quiet, and all in all earn our thanks and praise every day.

The dishwasher is very quiet and does it's job. The disappointment is the quality of the door handle. The dishwasher is only 3-years-old and the handle has cracked. The controls are on the top. As a result, one must purchase the entire control panel fascia, which costs roughly $100+. Had I been aware of this, I probably would have gone with the front controls instead. i owned another brand dishwasher with the controls on top, and it had a sleek chrome handle screwed onto the front door. Very sturdy, not at all like the thin plastic on the Bosch. you need to do better and fix this! Customer service people were very nice.

Very disappointed. Have had it 2 1/2 years. Called service once. They couldn’t help. Only one repair person in valley. Often, dishes still dirty. Don’t dry even with extra dry. Need to wait until washer finishes to open and air dry. .
