This field is optional yet my 5 star review is too vague. Consistent heat. Cooks great. Wish I could read the manual controls better stainless steel with lights on has a glare.

I received my new range, a Frigidaire Professional, on Dec. 28, 2021. My husband installed it because when it was delivered, our plug was not yet finished. After installation, I noticed that the drawer was not fitting correctly. The drawer was slightly damaged with some dents but that was not stopping it from closing properly. I called for a service professional to come out. The next day the hot surface light would not go off so I called again so that problem could also be addressed. The service tech found that one of the back feet was missing and that the hot surface light wire was loose. He fixed the loose wire but had to order the range foot. When he came back the foot was placed on the range but the drawer still didn’t sit right. I think it was probably twisted during some stage of manufacturing or shipping. The tech was able to maneuver the drawer to have it close better but not perfect. I have used the range to cook on the stove top and in the oven. The timers are very frustrating to use even after reading the instruction manual twice. The top one doesn’t perform well at all but the bottom one works better. The buzzer, which is suppose to be the factory setting, sounds once and cannot be heard unless you are near to it. I feel like a timer should sound more than once when the time is first depleted! Even my microwave sounds 5 times. That being said the stove top and oven perform well and I think I will enjoy using it but will be looking out for any more problems.
