6 weeks after the one year warranty expired, my Over-The-Range Microwave breaks?? Are you kidding?? And this wasn't a cheap microwave! Very disappointed in Frigidaire products!

7 months after purchase, control panel died. For 4 months we have attempted to get part needed, which still is not available or replacement. We were denied replacement by Frigidaire and told they would send us documents with instructions for product buy back. That was over a week ago and still no communication from Frigidaire. They do not stand by their products or warranty.

I guess looks can be deceiving

I brought this a month ago n it started sparking burn the the back hook where the rack mounts
