I only wish I had read these reviews we have had our range top a year and specifically ordered this model for the griddle....it does not season is a nightmare to clean food sticks there are many ledges that food can get into that are not cleanable...will needing to replace ASAP....wish there was an option to somehow replace griddle section with another burner or griddle made of another material.

We put this cooktop in our house when we built it in 2003 and have enjoyed it since. Is there a way to change out the Griddle and replace it with another burner?
