Screen image burn-in

My LG OLED is 7 months out of its 4 year warranty and we have screen image burn-in. TV has not been abused and is watched on different channels at different times. All settings are correct as advised to prevent image burn-in. We still have it even after many pixel refreshings. Have been in contact with LG OLED team. Awaiting their response. Customer service only offered a 15 discount on a smaller OLED TV. Have numerous documented testimonials on those who received repairs and replacements after longer time periods out of warranties. HELP LG

Panel Failure

This unit was purchased in 2018. It was LGs high-end 55 TV at the time. It performed great until May 2023 and then the screen became discolored. It wasnt burn-in. I know this because many others on the Internet described the exact issue I had. They were told by technicians that the hardware behind the panel would overheat causing the panel to become discolored. I was very disappointed. A TV that cost so much should last longer than five years.

I purchased a different brand for my elderly Mom due to reviews were easy for older people - wrong I couldnt even figure it out and Im tech savvy- took it back and bought an LG OLED - simple to operate but more important is the quality and long lasting TV - I have always had LG and my oldest is 12 years and still operating - I will always purchase an LG

This gift was an upgrade to a non-smart tv I had that was functioning fine. The picture is much better and all the features are useful though I cant say that I have explored them all at this point.
