second samsung product that stopped functioning correctly as soon as the warranty expires. repair service is outsourced horrible experience all around with product and customer service

this tv several months ago started freezing & presenting a black screen every time we would try to stream… in the middle of the show, movie, etc.. we have now had for 1.5 years & are told to have it “serviced” it would be between $75-$100. bogus of samsung to continue selling such junk!

we bought this tv two years ago. it was great and we received many compliments on it. one day, while watching movies, the screen started darkening on the left side. after about 3 days the full screen went black and it did not work at all. i looked for help amd could not find any reason for it to break as it did nor help on possible fixes. very dissatisfied with the short life of this tv

really liked this 65" tv, but exactly week and half outta warranty it will not power on. called samsung support as i bought it samsung direct with no help to resolve issue at all. they could not even help provide repair if i paid for it, and no option to extend warranty that close to it running out so basically i've paid $800 dollars for 1 year of tv. i've come to find out it's a common issue with there tvs . so you're going to have to buy a warranty from them and be prepared for an issue. i wish they would of be more helpful because it's a 65" tv with curved screen that's 5 star except for the known issue samsung doesn't tell you about.
