basically, samsung tv's are all over my home but, this one, that i bought during the holidays in 2018, is the worse. it buffers all the time and the picture periodically fades especially during any sports program and the superbowl. i wish i could return it or trade it in for new one. very disappointed samsung.

bought this tv literally 2 years ago and right after the two year mark the back lights go out and contact support and find the warranty only covers for 1 year... in order to fix it have to pay to have a tech come out and fix it which it would be cheaper to just buy a new tv... this was the first time i bought a samsung because of high reviews. needless to say it will be the last time as well i have a 10 year lg hd tv that still works great! this tv couldn't even last 2 years what a rip off. never trusting reviews ever again.. also the os/software that runs on this tv is slower than anything i have ever used. was super annoying to have random response delays.

i gave it a star only because i can't gave it less than that. i bought the tv 5 months ago and the first day i turned on it started flashing ans getting white the image. sometimes the remote control doesn't work at all. it takes 5-10 minutes to connect to the internet when you turned on. the image is not stable and rhe internet connection is not stable neither. never connect to my samsung galaxy note 10 or samsung galaxy s 20. worst experience ever. i even make an appointment with the technical service to get the tv check and they never show up. the warranty never answered. i paid $480 which it was a completely waste of my money.

No picture after the warranty expired.

first we had lines and then colored lines and then no picture at all. still have sound, but no picture at all.

this is the worst television ever!! do not buy, it goes off line constantly, you have to unplug the tv every time you want to watch it, the streaming is horrible, cant say anything nice about this tv, its not my internet service because i have 5g ! do yourself a favor and skip this one if you dont like being frustrated
