Low Quality! Broke Down Quickly! Poor Warranty! What can I say the product didn't last and the poor warranty left me dealing with the problem or filling a landfill.

i purchased this tv from best buy in august of 2018. i would have never guessed this samsung product would barely last 2 years. my previous samsung tv lasted 5 years before having led issues. i was very disappointed with this model. model: un55nu7100f

i did so much research before i bought this tv. it is alot of money to spend and you expect it to last a long time. i started to get a vertical 4” black shaded line in the tv. i found a local tv repair man to look at it. he said he never saw anything like what he saw in his 30 years. ( i will post pics). the led s burned and the plastic reflector screen cracked. i understand the television may be out of warranty but something like that should not happen in two years. unacceptable. samsung should make right.

i bought this tv less than 2 years ago. it is already broken. the left half of the screen is completely black, called customer service and they said i could pay more to fix it. absolutely ridiculous, i still have my old samsung tv that is 10 years old. but i guess samsung is more about making money now then product quality. i will not be spending anymore money on samsung products.

We bought our TV about 5 months ago. Love it. Works very well. However...the remote control is garbage. We use online viewing, so the only keys we normally use are the arrows, back and enter. The arrow keys are tiny and awkward. We are perpetually accidentally hitting the other, larger keys around it which switches to another source (i.e., Prime, You-Tube, etc.). VERY frustrating. It seems like very little thought was put into the remote design. 2/3 of it we don't even use -- and those are all larger buttons. Oh well. Worse things in the world today. :-)
