Worst money ever spent

My husband bought this a little over a year ago and we have had nothing but problems. First the hdmi connector was bad out of the gate, after the typical “troubleshooting” that everyone knows to do before you even call, they sent a new one. Then the buttons on the remote quit working and they won’t replace it because it’s past 1 year (it was broken before the 1 year, but my fault for telling my husband to take care of something). Customer service was less than helpful. Our sound system randomly won’t connect and some of the hdmi hookups will randomly not read what’s connected. Never will we purchase another Samsung product. Biggest waste of money. Looks nice, I guess.

I bought this tv two and a half months ago and i didn't know i had only 15 days to returned or exchange it. The picture and the definition is horrible, i try everything and nothing seems to work. Very unrealistic colors but that is not the main problem. I love the old black and white cowboys series and that is a problem because the definition is very bad, mainly the faces. First time a Samsung product doesn't work for me. Very disappointed. Very frustrated. Anything i can do?

Very nice TV. The only problem is the smart remote. Mine doesn't work. Samsung has sent me 4 smart remotes. None work!!! Samsung sent a service tech out. Two panels in the back of the TV were replaced. Smart remote doesn't not work. I 'm using a remote from my smart 43 inch TV on this one. Samsung will not sent me a non smart remote. But I like the TV

This is without a doubt the finest television that we have ever owned. Great picture and the first television that did not need a sound bar. The only negative thing that I could say about it was the TV picture would darken when the level of light decreased in the room. This was solved by simply turning off the eco settings. The picture now stays at the same brightness level and does not change. Beautiful picture . I simply cant say enough good things about it. Buy one and you will never be sorry!!

Just got the tv yesterday. Love the picture quality. Excellent for gaming. Only thing that disappoints about the tv itself is picture quality in dark environments. For instance, a night race on forza..couldn't really see the difference between the car, wheels and ground. I'm still playing with the settings but I've read other reviews that said it struggled in this area. Price is fair. Would have liked one of the more expensive models but couldn't justify spending that much money just to game. One more thing, and this isn't about the tv itself, but Samsung why put a sticker directly on the screen? I had to buy a special screen cleaner and scrub for 20mins to remove residue left behind. Only a small area in the top left corner but still annoying. Seems to be an issue worth addressing as I found an entire forum dedicated to removal of that sticker and it's residue.
