One Sleek Television!

I purchased this tv for my birthday as well as my husband's Christmas present. It is a beautiful, sleek, and stylish television, which I was excited to receive. However, after connecting, we discovered that it had a crack under the screen, which caused dark streaks across the screen. I was devastated and disappointed because I had hoped to own this type of curved Samsung since its debut. Therefore, after contacting Samsung customer service, they sent out a repair company to evaluate, which resulted in having the whole screen replaced. Later that week, they replaced the screen, and thus far, I am very satisfied with this tv! Some lessons learned: Because of the curve, it is VERY DELICATE, so any jarring, etc, could crack the screen Always check tv FIRST before assembly If the screen has to be replaced, you might as well buy a new tv (Screens are more expensive than the television) From what I understand, Samsung usually DOES NOT COVER this type of damage! However, we were blessed that they did Because of their excellent customer service, and the impressive performance of the tv, we are planning to purchase another one for our great room! Thanks Samsung!

I absolutely love my new Samsung Curve!! It connects to all my electronics with the touch of a button guiding me through the process of connecting to cable, dvd and my surround sounds. Just connect them and the tv does the rest with the information it is given with the touch of a button! It is a smart tv, so connecting to apps is better than any other smart device that I own! I give Samsung two thumbs up for my new tv,
