Poor service

tv not working after less than one year of ownership. despite having multiple samsung products, never had an issue so never had to deal with trying to get service. trying to exercise repairs under the warranty was not a good experience and in short, didn't happen. ended up eating the loss and bought another brand tv.

Stopped working twice

i am disappointed how unreliable this tv is. bought it feb and it already stopped working twice. samsung should replace it but instead decided to repair. guess we'll see if it stays fixed. i would not recommend purchasing this television. the experience has been very negative. not sure i would purchase other samsung products.

i would be singing its praises over and over again however, after having the tv for four months a thin line of horizontal dead pixels has reared its ugly head. i haven’t heard back from technical support yet but as soon as i do i hope they will allow me to return this tv for a new one because i really like it. the smart functions are outstanding and the built-in browser gets the job done. my hope is the small glitch in the screen can be resolved easily and is caused most likely by an accident in shipping.
