we love the new tv, picture is great, set up was simple and use is easy. we were disappointed in that it does not currently support "peacock", but other than that it was a great buy.

we needed a smart tv so we could stream , but its not so smart . half the time it’s lost my wifi when the 4 yr old tv i have has never lost it. not happy and still can’t stream peacock or nbc wish it had a center mount stand so it wuld fit on my old dresser without adding a board.

honestly i use a 4k firestick and have been very satisfied. i gave the tv only 4 stars as the smart tv interface is garbage. if you read the fine print all your viewing habits are sent back to samsung. the gui features are very laggy. i do not recommend using the included software. i dont even have the built in wifi connected to my network. also the remote is not user friendly. anyways if you have a 4k firestick you'll need to go into settings and turn off dolby digital+ and chose the pcm audio input setting. all that being said i am thrilled with the picture and sound quality. i use the vlc player with the "force chroma" set to yuv and the video is absolutely stellar!!! bottom line great monitor, but not a great smart tv. nice price.

i bought this tv 1 month ago. it's a 2018 model. didn't know it was already 2 yrs old. it's outdated. the pic keeps going out for about a 2 seconds. a burst of sound happens periodically. it wont upload to wi-fi..samsung wont write me back. best buy wont respond either. why do they allow an outdated tv for sale without telling you its age? not fair for the consumer...i cant take it back because its past the 15 days period..very bad customer service..

Poor video and audio quality compared to other “4K smart TVs” I’ve used and owned. Needs to be “cold reset” EACH and EVERY time the TV is turned off and turned back on, in order for the apps to load/work properly. Definitely expected better from a name as big as Samsung. Would NOT recommend!
