after owning this tv 18 months you can see these circles on the screen all over the screen.. it looks terrible... and i'm sure my warranty is up so soon i'm probably going to have to buy a new tv... i'm a very loyal samsung user i have owned at least 8 galaxy products (6 phones a watch and a tablet) and i'll always be loyal to them but the tv game has to be stepped up

The quality of the screen is what brought me to this product, it looked amazing compared to everything else on display in a comparable size. The issue is the programming. My TV cannot remember a MAC address. This means the network functions don't work unless the TV has its power reset each time. I've contacted support and a technician has replaced the motherboard, but the replacement has the same issue. I'm going back to support again, we'll see what happens.

Nice tv good picture However the tv continually loses the WiFi connection or cannot find the WiFi network router sitting 10 feet away.

This product has an amazing picture. We watch many nature shows and everything that we watch is like being right in the area looking at everything in real life. The clarity, color and brightness make watching movies so enjoyable. This product is a joy. I am so glad we purchased the Samsung tv.
