Will not connect to WIFI

Bought this TV last August. It worked fine until 3 months ago when I had to start unplugging it and reconnecting to get it to recognize the WIFI. All other devices were function fine. Then re-plugging the TV no longer helped. Tech support said this was a unique problem, yet it is all over the web as a common problem. The tech suggested the issue was a special character in my WIFI password. That is absurd since at one time it was not an issue at all. No other help was forthcoming.

Nice picture, but the apps barely work

On the positive side, the picture is very good. On the negative side, not only is the smart TV functionality poorly designed, many of the apps have trouble loading and then freeze within a couple of hours. These issues occur almost on a daily basis. It's a good TV if you don't want a smart TV.

Wifi Does Not Work

I have had several Samsung TVs and loved them. But, this TV has not met the high standard set by the others. The integrated wifi does not consistently work and continues to fail

This tv works pretty well although we found the sound cutting out on us when we plugged our sound bar into the tv, After much trial and error, we eventually learned we had to circumvent the tv speakers and wire everything through our cable system. Now the sound is great. The picture is very good too, although sometimes it randomly dims and brightens.
