Unreliable internet connection

I bought this Smart TV 18 months ago and have had multiple problems with streaming services via the internet on the TV but not on my computer. My IT person has now told me to just use the Roku feature since the Smart TV internet/streaming is unable to connect, even after several "fixes" from my tech. It appears that this is a common problem for Samsung. The picture is good.

Barely made it past manufacture's warranty!

This product is known to be one of the higher grade model of tv but it barely made it past the manufacture's warranty!

Very nice TV. You get what you pay for! Smart apps are nice & the remote is easy to use. They can even remote in your TV for support! *Kaizen- (Continuous Improvement)

Wireless Internet droping all the time

I just bought this TV and it keeps disconnecting from the internet, i had to connect it again in settings but now its not connecting no matter what i do...i searched the web and it seems a very common isue..

i bought this tv at best buy 1 month ago and while i do love the tv the picture is great the sound is better than i expected i have had nothing but trouble with the power cord falling out from in back of the tv it seems to fall out just from the weight of the cord i am about ready to return it and look at the fit on other brands i dont know if its the cord or the prongs are to shallow on the back of the set.
