Constantly have to re-enter WIFI credentials

tv has great picture and looks nice on the wall. easy enough to install. worked fine for a few months then all of a sudden every time i try to watch tv i have to refresh network settings and re-enter my wifi password. kind of ridiculous since samsung recommends using all the features over wifi. the other way to get the tv to recognize the wifi is to unplug from the outlet and plug it back in. i shouldn’t have to do this for a $2,000 device. factory reset hasn’t worked. scheduled a technician to come out but they think i can’t access wifi all all. i can, but i just have to set it up every time i watch tv. i loved the tv at first but it’s really frustrating now. hoping the repair works or i can get my money back. anyway, kind of a pain to deal with after spending so much money on it.

i purchased rhis tv for 2 reason. the quality associated with this brand and for the look. i was so disappointed a week into owning the product. the product would not stay connected to the internet. every time i used it, i needed to hard reset the tv. i initially tried to get connected with samsung to figure out how to fix it myself. i received conflicting information on how to handle it, so i broke down and scheduled a repair. the 3rd party repair company has been so disappointing. i have received even more disorganization with scheduling and the professionalism from the 3rd party company. if i’m going to pay $1,300 for a tv, then i expected a lot more than this. incredibly disappointed. i want this tv gone.

Must Measuring Diagonally?

i'm extremely disappointed to learn that the frame tvs are measured diagonally not vertically and horizontally. this fact is not posted anywhere on the website. had i known, i would have purchased a larger tv.

Low Memory for Photos

The Frame TV has a great look. It hangs like a frame and the picture quality is fantastic. I bought this to show my photos. Sadly the memory available for Photos is so low that I can only load 15-20 of my photos at a time. With memory so cheap this premium priced Samsung TV should have included more memory At minimum the software should allow the frame to pull the photos from the USB stick directly (allowing more photos to be included). I hope a firmware update will make this possible
