very dissatisfied with this tv. have had other samsung tv’s for 10+ years without issues. this one started well but fell flat just after the warranty expired. it recently had the power board short out and now havw to wait on the shoddy authorized dealer. ( charges $105.00 to just come out). for a new tv to have such a catastrophic issue is an embarrassment for samsung.

right after purchase, the tv developed a shadow from top to bottom over the middle third of the screen. i attempted to get a service call, but the repairer kept rescheduling the visit along with being very rude. very disappointed!

not too small and not too big for a teenager's bedroom. the picture quality is very good. very light and was east to install on a wall mount. so far not problems. highly recommend this tv.

Bought the tv from Costco n May of ‘19 great till mid April this year. Talked to 2 people from Support and they wanted to send me a remote,I told them it is more then the remote. I lost the smart hub,source and most of the setting access. Tech came out confirmed motherboard, 2 days later replacement now day 3 and cannot get to smart Hub due to server maintenance. Not impressed Samsung last TV from them
