We love samsung but this model was a lemon for us. Bright green line from the lest side to the right and was never able to be serviced. Samsung is swapping it out for another so are happy that we will finally have a resolution

what happened samsung?!?!?! i bought this 70in tv in 2020 and in under 2 years the tv is dead. this by far is the quickest tv to stop working. i feel like samsung should fix this for all who have had issues with this horrible model of a tv. the power source is out and the repair would cost 50% of the original purchased price. we didn't use the tv frequently enough to be dead already. i have another samsung smart tv in my house that has been working perfectly for 6 years. save your money a buy another brand or model

so i bought this tv on thanksgiving (11/26/2020) and i picked it up from best buy on black friday. i had the tv set up by 5pm. when i came back home at 8, i tried to turn it on and i had no picture, only sound. just a lit black screen. i am returning this product today (11/28/2020) for an exchange, i will be buying the warranty in case this happens again. definitely not what i exepcted coming from buying a name-brand samsung tv. i am concerned that the replacement tv i get will have the same exact issue, and i'm spending the extra money for the warranty in case it does.

would not connect to the internet without me doing a youtube search on a resolution, and then the screen started to go dark on one side. immediately turned back into bestbuy. not up to normal samsung quality.

bought this tv to use for streaming services. at first it did fine. over time, about 8 months or so, the connection speeds got slower and slower and are now to the point where i cannot watch a short youtube video. i have chatted with samsung support multiple times, had "service calls" cancelled as they " do not service this issue." my internet speeds are 60-100mps on wifi but the tv will only connect at 400-600kps. the short answer from everyone i have spoken to is this should be considered normal. if you are in the market for a smart tv i would recommend any other brand before samsung. disappointed to say the least in the quality of the product and the customer service.
