Worst TV I have ever bought

This TV is a trash. We used TV on our basement and used about once in a month. 10 months after the purchase (key to note, not have been using TV frequently), all of sudden TV screen appeared internally cracked. We have not thrown anything on the TV to be cracked internally. There is no scratch sign on the monitor. Because, TV was withing the mfg. warranty, we asked LG America to assist, and in return they refused to honor the warranty. I do not again buy any of the LG products going forward and advise all the same as LG America does not care after the sale is done. Avoid LG TVs.

The set itself is great the features are excellent however, when it comes to information regarding connecting the ARC feature to the surround sound system nowhere does it say that you have to have high speed HDMI with Ethernet cables for the function to work. After two weeks of searching in the bowel's of the internet, I found a picture of a page from a manual that explained the cabling requirements. Those of us that are upgrading need this information.

TV, continually goes blank, or shuts off - when coming back volume is increased. I have spoken three to four times with LG support-they sent repair out who told me its cable box, we got new box same issue-now repair man is still saying its probably compatibility problem with cable? even though LG gave me appt for tomorrow, repair man says he isnt coming?????? Best Buy told me this TV model has tons of complaints-LG won't stand behind product?
