Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so we've set some basic guidelines you'll need to keep in mind if you need to make a return or request an exchange. Your local King’s Great Buys Plus store can answer any product-specific question you may have.

RETURN POLICY

Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, price guarantees and warranty repair services. King’s Great Buys Plus reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return. King’s Great Buys Plus will allow most products to be returned, in original condition, within 7 days of receipt of product, for a refund. This policy is subject to the following guidelines:

ORIGINAL CONDITION

Any exchange or return for a refund of stock merchandise is subject to inspection by King’s Great Buys Plus to ensure merchandise is returned in its original condition. Original condition includes, but is not limited to: No signs of wear or tear, scratches, nicks, stains, pet hair, smoke damage or missing parts. Original condition also includes the original box and packaging materials plus any accessories, remotes, manuals, etc. that accompanied the product.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Non-returnable items include labor charges for services rendered (delivery, installation, etc.), consumable items such as gift cards, leather and wood protection kits, or items that are damaged or abused. Due to health reasons bedding merchandise cannot be returned. Mattress returns in conjunction with a "comfort guarantee from the manufacturer" are subject to their rules. Typically we won't allow electronics to be returned, as they cannot be resold. However, we will gladly replace it.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special Order products are non-returnable and therefore non-refundable. Plus a 50% deposit will be charged for all Special Order merchandise and will not be refunded in the event that the product order was cancelled, unless the merchandise was defective.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g.-buy TV, get DVD player free; buy 5 piece bedroom, get mattress set or TV free) will have the value of the promotional item(s) deducted from the refund amount. If the promotional item(s) included products that cannot be returned, due to health reasons (as listed above), the value of that item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.

REFUND METHOD

Your refund will be in the same form as original purchase, with the exceptions of cash and checks which will be refunded by check. Refunds on by check through King’s Great Buys Plus' Corporate Office only. NO CASH REFUNDS. Refund checks will be mailed from the Corporate Office, within seven business days of the product's return to King’s Great Buys Plus. Bank cards will be credited to the bank card used as payment. 

RESTOCKING CHARGE

If the item is returned within 7 days of the purchase date but any of the above conditions are not met, a minimum restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted prior to the refund unless prohibited by law. Any product that was purchased when a mail in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount.

CLEARANCE AND CLOSEOUT ITEMS

All sales are final on Clearance and Closeout merchandise.

SHIPPING FEES

A shipping fee may be charged if the merchandise is to be picked up by a King’s Great Buys Plus delivery truck. Any shipping fees from commercial transportation will be for the account of the buyer.
