Good Fridge Frustrated w/ Customer Service

Weve owned this fridge for nearly 3 years. Overall we like it. But it is having compressor issues. Its been weeks of pulling teeth w/ customer service to get the repair completed. So far of the 7 reps Ive spoken with only 2 have been truly knowledgeable responsive. Just want a cold fridge during this hot summer

Leaking hose to the ice maker after two years

Ice maker was not working. Replaced filter and worked for a short period of time.Water leaked down back of refrigerator damage to my cabinets. Faulty adhesive of the hose attached to ice maker. Not under warranty and I could not get a repair person to call me back. I ordered the part and can hopefully fix it myself..

Bought in Sept. 2020 and has worked well until recently. Bought 3 yr. warranty. Recently having issues with ice melting together and refrigerator too warm 45 - 50 F even on coldest setting. Water dripping inside in back of refrigerator. Called warranty company and sent out a tech but didnt do anything but take apart and clean some ice out of back of freezer. The temperature is colder now in refrigerator but still leaking water in the back of refrigerator.

Overall it worked well but I had issues with the ice maker which got replaced. Its Defrost sensor only lasts for 4-5 years and need to be replaced. I would recommend installing stronger shelves Non Glass type

Eventually the appliances bought 20 years ago quit working and you need to go spend money to replace and end up with junk. I bought this refrigerator 7/16/2021 and ice machine stops working and come to find out its squirting water out the back from behind the white plastic piece and the back of the freezer picture attached. I also have a LG gas stove that isnt much older than that does not maintain heat or throws an error code.
