When the refrigerator came through the door it was dented in several places I was offered 100.00 refund. I said come get it and bring new I was told this could not happen. The refrigerator did not last a year and a half. It broke around thanksgiving food spoiled and when contacting you I was told I needed proof of purchase. I contacted the store where purchased and was told a receipt could not be printed. So here I am still stuck with a non working refrigerator. I

Temperature issues

This fridge was a problem from day 1. I have lost so much money in food it is not funny. My eggs and fruit freeze. Turn down the temperature and milk and dressings spoil. I have only had this fridge not even a year and I plan on fixing it ASAP. Out with the junk in with something that works and has 2 temperature controls not 1. Good luck people. If you are smart DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.

Ive had this refrigerator for 14 months and in that time it has performed as expected. One glitch. The warning alarm telling you that the door is ajar malfunctioned and I needed to have a repairman come to disable it. It was going off when the door was closed. Ill avoid that feature in future purchases. I also found that there are relatively few LG technicians near me. I live just outside a Capital city of about 300000. No LG technicians in town.
