Need new control unit for our 2914 purchase and nobody will come service our Bosch. Bosch gives one authorized service provider who says they do. It service our area. The business that sold the unit also refuses to service it. Extended warranty is expired and someone should be able to earn. Indy in this repair but nobody will come. Over $1,000 food spoiled and no refrigerator.

Like others here, I found that rust appeared on the front panels no matter how carefully I cleaned. Very disappointing for such an expensive appliance.
