Great fridge with one exception

We have had this refrigerator for a little over three years now and it has been great. Enough storage for our needs keeps everything cold/frozen with no issues until recently. Recently the compressor has been humming much louder than it should. Of coarse we bought it from Best Buy got the extended warranty that ended at three years and LG has not been able to have a service agent come out to look at the unit. I called every day for two weeks straight and every time they say they dont have an LG service person available. I honestly think its because it is a covered expensive repair and they dont want to fix it.

The refrigerator is decent for the price. We needed counter depth and it is still plenty roomy Delivery was great -unfortunately the in door ice maker is not working. We have been waiting 3 weeks for a service appointment Nice product but customer service needs some help.

Only 3 stars because after 1 year and a half my fridge broke down and been waiting for a service call since I have a warranty. ive been calling every day for a few weeks a half and they still cant find me a repair man . LG said they are giving me a full refund .

Our technician did a great job fixing our ice maker. We had to put a new one in because ours broke and everything is working great now. So happy we bought the LG warranty with the frig. We really didnt have to worry about a thing. Thank you LG
