Hows the saying going fool me once shame on me fool me twice shame on LG This fridge decided to fail its compressor with impeccable timing 4 months after my extended warranty expires. What makes it worse is this is the second high-end LG fridge I have gotten that had this similar issue shortly after the extended warranty expires Absolutely loved the middle drawer with its own settings but it just not worth it anymore quite sad that these are built as disposable with just 3-5 year lifespans.

Overall has all the desired features...

I really loved this fridge until the compressor went out and all my food went bad. The company did come out and replace my compressor but if it werent for that experience this would be a top choice fridge for me. The reason I like it so much is because it is big and it has all the features that I would want such as the middle drawer that I use solely for drinks the egg holder the pull open freezer that can fit a sheet ice cream cake and the glass to look into the fridge and the water and ice dispenser on the outside of the door.

LG does not stand behind their products. We have the kitchen package: Fridge range dishwasher and microwave. the paint is chipping/pealing off on every one of them. I have NEVER had this experience with any other appliances. I was told to order a bottle of touch up paint which I had to pay for including shipping and it still looks awful.

when i bot this refrigerator in 2017 i also bot a 10 year warranty with it. 4 years later a compressor had to be replaced. Ten month another compressor and condenser wore replaced and after that the unit does not work. What should i do

I bought LG products when we built our house in 2019. I am very pleased with the reliability of LG products. I also have three LG televisions. I am pleased with all the LG services. My refrigerator recently went out on July 1st. Repairman was here on July 3 and fixed it promptly. He was very professional
