We have enjoyed this refrigerator since the day we got it. Been almost 5 years now. Love the window view and easy energy saving quick access to the things we use the most. LGs service is also top notch. Had one issue and they fixed ASAP and at no charge

Have had issues with all LG kitchen appliances. Fridge has been serviced 2x the ice in freezer drawer never stays cubes - constantly melts and creates one giant unuseable block but LG says nothing is wrong. This past month the compressor went

We have the fridge for 4 years. So far we already had 2 issues. First the water filter connection got messed up. Now its the condenser and compressor. Weve waited for over 2 weeks for it to get fixed.

I had an issue with my refrigerator and even though the tag was removed the technician was able to verify my warranty. After verifying he did an awesome job fixing my refrigerator. I was also please to find out that my compressor has a 10 year warranty. Yeeeyyy.

I bought this less than 4 years ago. Stopped producing ice. Called for service. After a week of attempted fixes the refrigerator was deemed unrepairable do to Freon leak in area unserviceable. The scrap metal guy in my neighborhood said Thank You for the broken refrigerator as he and his partner threw it in his trailer with all the other scrap metal stuff he was trashing out. It was the best looking piece of trash in the trailer. A great addition to the landfill.
