I purchased this mattress a year ago and I can say it was one of the best decisions I have made. I was sleeping on a 15 year old pillow top and having lower back pain. No I am pretty much pain free.

No support - have only owned this mattress for 6 months!

We bought this mattress with high hopes that it would be firm and supportive, especially for my husband who has back pain. After only a couple months my husband (who is about 6'1" and 220lbs) started to notice a significant change in the support of the mattress. His side was very obviously sinking much more than mine (I am 5'1" and about 115 lbs) and his back pain started to get worse. I contacted Serta customer service and they told me to rotate the mattress every 2 weeks. We have been doing that and it has not helped at all. We are extremley unhappy with this purchase and seriously considing purchasing a new bed because of the lack of support it provides (even after spending over $3K less than 6 months ago!). If you are considering this mattress I would strongly recommend againt it if you are looking for support and something firm. Not worth the money at all.

Love this mattress it took me like a week to get used to it but now I only will change it for another foam mattress is super confortable I sleep like ever before

I purchased the Serta Icomfort Blue Touch 300 11.25" Firm from Mattress Firm in February 2019, and It was a big mistake. I wanted to love my new mattress. Every morning I wake up with shoulder and lower back pain. To this day I toss and turn all night. I waited 6 weeks and called mattress firm to tell them how unhappy I was with the mattress and wanted to exchange it from something a little softer. I was told that I agreed to not return it for a $100 discount. Which I was not aware that I was signing something relinquishing my right to return (my fault though). So now I am stuck with a mattress that is like sleeping on the floor. I cannot afford to buy another at this time. I tried to sell it for half the price I paid for it but everyone who came to purchase said the same, that its too hard. All I wanted was to feel cozy and comfortable and I thought this mattress would be the answer. Signed Out of Options
