Bought it a couple of years ago and even though I did not do regular maintenance they only problem I had so far was a draining pump which I actually got serviced from LG and they were so professional came fast gave me 90 days warranty and washer is working perfect again ever since.

Called to address my issues with the washer the customer service was not much of help and they do not stand behind their product which will only happen if they trust their product.

We bought this a few years ago for a new guest house. They were installed but never used. Last month we needed to use them. All I can say is what a piece of junk. It walks across the floor and takes forever to finish a simple load. Absolutely the most disappointing washing machine I have ever owned. Im actually being nice about it.

Door seal mold

We continue to experience mold imbedding into the door seal. We clean it once a month but continues to return. Called Customer Service waist of time dont care what the issue is they just read from their training book of answers Was told the once a month you need to run the cleaning tablets through he machine 3-time in a row and only use 1-2 table spoons of Tide.
