Bought this for the wifi and extra capacity. It cleans well does it’s job. I’ve tried connec une to the internet for a month now and I still can’t connect my washer to the app. Disappointed to buy something that doesn’t work when I could had went a mode lower for a cheaper price.

We have only had this washer a few weeks and it replaced a 15 year old Bosch that had developed multiple issues. The Maytag has great features and a very much needed an appreciated Quick Wash cycle. It is very quiet and spins without any vibration and gets the laundry very dry just from the spin.

I bought this washer because i only buy Maytag because my previous maytag appliances were durable and dependable but this maytag washer broke on me only a week after i purchased it and now i am stuck with it because maytag says they won't replace it and so far I'm on my 3 service call going on the fourth i am very disappoint it

I just purchased this set a week ago after my LG gave out. This is my first front load and I was so excited. Upon my first attempt to use, I was a bit surprised that my washer did not start. After contacting my Salesperson, he instructed me to unplug and replug it in. It did then start and since has been fine... I am looking forward to many years with this machine and all its features and they make my laundry room look fantastic and updated too.
