Not a good product

I bought this product almost 3 years ago. Immediately had problems with clothing being singed. The back air vent is blackened. I had warranty repair several times and couldnt fix it. I can only use the temperature setting on low. LG was/is not very responsive to this issue. They wouldnt replace the vent.

Love the extra space to be able to dry my extra large bedding Not sure why the dryer filter tore so I had to replace that prior to having it before a year. Sometimes the dryer will stop with the clothes still damp but most of the time it works perfectly so cant complain

Its been almost 2 years having the LG and its been flawless. It gets daily use with 1-2 cycles a day because of ailing parents needs. It havent missed a beat. 21 months and going strong. I also like the multiple drying options and steam ability. 100 satisfied
