Sensor Dry combines the latest Samsung innovations to provide a drying cycle that optimizes the time and temperature to dry clothes thoroughly. Moisture sensors detect when laundry has reached the optimal degree of dryness. They help protect your laundry from heat damage by automatically shutting off the dryer when your clothes are dry.

With 8 preset drying cycles and 4 temperature settings, this Samsung Dryer makes it easy to give each fabric type the right care.


Lint Filter Indicator

Doesn't work for long

we bought this dryer 2-3 years ago. just after the warranty expired, the heating element went out. my husband ordered a new one on 3/4/21 and replaced the bad one a few weeks later. it is now 3/9/22 and it has gone out again. samsung is great with phones, but not appliances.

appliance is broken and does not generate heat anymore and is out of warranty after one calendar year. multiple heating elements were installed to try and fix the issue but were not successful. there are better options available on the market.

purchased the dyer 4 years ago, last year the heating element went out. the heating element went out again in less than a year. contacted samsung they recommended a service tech at my expense. i told them no i will write a horrible but true review!

you cannot, like actually cannot shut off the very long, very loud, very annoying song that plays upon load completion. it plays a full 30 seconds. there is not a function like other models to disable it. dryer is besides that mediocre, performance could be suffering due to blocked ducting, will be cleaning that next week so hopefully these reviews can be updated. rating stands though, it's a really annoying dryer that gets the job done. wish i had taken my time and chose differently.
