Broke down within a year and months to repair

Bought through Costco within the last year. Drum cracked within a year and it stopped working after few weeks. Warranty repair is a nightmare as it is outsourced to 3rd party. Its been over 2 months and the product is not repaired.

I bought an lg washer and dryer two years ago. I already had to replace the washer and had to have an electrician come and fix the dryer Lg products suck

I love the features of the dryer. Especially the safety features. We recently moved to a home and nearly immediately the dryer notified us that the outlet vent was 80 clogged. We got the vent tube in the wall of the house cleaned and it has been great with no further notification. Without that notice from the dryer we could have had real issues. Beyond that it works fantastic and we dont have issues with things not drying.

I was happy to purchase the dryer through Costco along with the washer. It has run well and does a good job drying clothes. We had a problem with the drum but LG repaired it for us. their support support staff was very helpful.
