Junk that broke within 2 years.. problems with heating up, had to reset the code all the time so it would heat up. Later sprayer arm no longer functions so motor probably dead. Terrible and expensive support from Whirlpool. Our range from them, top of the line thing, 2 years and also broke. Will not buy another Whirlpool appliance. Very poor support, very poor appliance.

This dishwasher worked reasonably well for awhile, though the on-door utensil feature just means that utensils need to be thoroughly rinsed before putting them in or you’ll have boiled avocado stuck on your spoons. After just under two years, though it’s now flashing E2F2 and an online manual search yielded no results. I’ll have to dig through my files. That said, I expect appliances to function worry-free for longer than this.

We bought an entire set of whirlpool appliances a few years ago. This dishwasher only lasted about 1 1/2 years before the diverter valve started leaking which I found out is a very common problem with this model. Now the dishwasher is leaking very badly from the door. I don't know if I'm willing to put any more money into this dishwasher. Terrible quality for such an expensive dishwasher.

Bought this in Sept of 17. It broke Dec of 18. Needs a new pump AND a heating element. Seems to be a huge issue once you start researching. Unbelievable.
