King's will deliver all appliance, furniture, or bedding order of atleast $499.99 of value for free within a 20-mile radius of any King's location. All other purchases will be charged $99.99 for delivery services. Installation services vary on product type and location.

Q: Will your delivery drivers move or take away my old furniture?

A: Yes, our drives will move or haul away your old item that we are replacing. At their discretion, our delivery drivers will move an existing piece of furniture to another room, preferably on the same floor in your home. However, due to the possibility of damage of moving an existing furniture to a basement or a second floor, our delivery drivers will reserve the right to decide if this can be done safely and efficiently. We do offer removal of old mattresses when a new mattress is purchased.

Q: Will your delivery drivers take away my old appliances and/or electronics?

A: Yes, we offer removal of your appliance or electronic when a new appliance or electronic is purchased.


A: At the time of purchase, your sales associate will give you a specific day for delivery if the product is currently in stock. On the day of delivery, you may call your store to receive a delivery window. The delivery team will call you 30-40 minutes before to confirm that you are at the location of the delivery. If products are not in stock at the time of purchase, we will provide an estimated time of arrival at the time of purchase. When the product arrives in our warehouse, we will call and advise you to schedule your delivery.


A: If you select to pick your furniture up at our warehouse, you will receive it in the original factory cartons. We find this the best choice to keep your purchase protected during its transport home. You will be required to assemble any items that are picked up at our warehouse. To make assembly at ease, most items have directions included.

Preparing For Delivery

Always take the following measurements:

All door and hallway sizes, both width and height. If the furniture is going up or down stairs, measure the diagonal distance between the ceiling and the stairs. Keep in mind this measurement needs to be 4 or more inches greater than the diagonal measurement of the piece.


Large headboards going upstairs. Because the headboard is much smaller than the dresser, many people assume it will fit. However, many headboards are the tallest pieces going into a bedroom.

Deep sofas. Sofas that are deeper in size can be tricky to get around corners/turns. The best way to ensure a sofa will fit is to measure the diagonal distance from the head of the sofa to the bottom of the front leg. This diagonal distance will tell you if the piece can fit through a door or hallway.

Heavy merchandise that needs to be turned at the end of a hallway. The heavier a piece of furniture is, the less maneuverable it is. Due to hallway constraints, the delivery team needs to put these pieces on their ends to get around corners. The ceiling needs to be higher than the diagonal measurement of the piece.

Kings Delivery Inclusions

King’s delivery services include door-to-door delivery, basic installation of the product, removal of shipping materials, and hauling off of replaced unit. Hook up includes "existing" basic cable television, off-air antenna, 1 video source and 1 audio signal from television to an existing fully functional audio receiver or home theater system (additional cables extra). King’s will connect and install water supply lines for clothes washer installation*, dry kits and electrical cords for dryers and ranges**. Your delivery also includes basic programming and function test for all delivered merchandise.

* ** (Requires purchase of new washer water supply lines if not included with washer and new electrical cords for ranges and dryers.)

Kings Delivery Exclusions

King’s delivery services exclude hook up of satellite systems, water lines to refrigerators, existing washing machine water supply lines, used electrical cords and gas, water lines without an accessible and functional individual shut off valve. Basic delivery charges do not include wiring home theater systems, surround sound systems or custom installations of electronics or appliances (these require separate appointments and additional installation charges by a specialized technician and include but are not limited to: the altering of cabinets, walls, flooring, electrical outlets or conduit, water lines, faucets, or extensive cable and wire routing.) Custom appliances and audio/video systems are subject to pre-inspection conditions and charges. Relocation of existing merchandise within the home or to alternate addresses is not included in the basic delivery charge. At King’s we cannot deliver on NEW vinyl floors without a damage waiver being signed. King’s reserves the right to cancel delivery and return delivery charges based on unforeseen circumstances.
