Then only reason I purchased an entire set of KitchenAid appliances was to get an oven with a bread proofing setting. It is a game changer, especially when you live in Northern Minnesota!

I've only had it a couple weeks. It will really get the test on Thanksgiving. So far I like it. I have not had a Kitchen Aid stove before..Had a Jenair and a Bosch always liked them, but the package deal is what drew me to this stove, and also the double oven.

I have a small kitchen and would love an in-walll oven, but don't have the space. This is perfect. And for only 2 of us the small oven works great without heating up the kitchen.
