Thanks to the AccuBake® temperature management system's built-in sensors, the oven also monitors temperature and the cooking elements to deliver consistent baking, even on multiple racks. Microwave has issues

I bought this microwave/oven combination in 2015. After spending 900.00 on repairs the microwave oven still does not work. It gives me error code FIE5, the repairman has given up. The Control board has been replace twice and also another part. First I will never buy a combination again, if one goes you're just out altogether. Paid way to much for it to begin with for so many problems. The one Star is for the looks only.

We had all whirlpool gold appliances installed in our new house. Fast forward 1 1/2 years the industrial exhaust hood malfunctioned with the light flickering on and off when you push the fan buttons. Called the not so friendly customer service only to be told that my appliance is no longer under warranty. How nice! An appliance that we only used a handful of times does not work properly. I also had to replace all four knobs on the stove because the plastic on the the stainless steel stove started to to peal off of all four knobs. The rubber bumpers on the cooking grates needed to be replaced twice because they fell off. Lastley the microwave and oven combination unit broke. All of this happed in six years. The appliances are not heavily used. If you’re anything like me you work way to hard for your money to purchase poorly constructed appliances that are not built to last. So disappointed in a company of this magnitude.

We bought a home that was 2 years old with one of these. The microwave failed and the board was replaced per the error code. When the power was turned back on the unit failed again on the first use. I will replace the unit with a different brand and better warranty. The only remedy is to replace the entire unit.

Had got similar unit at Lowe’s would not work. Had find this one to replace it. You still owe me money for the big service agreement i paid on the first unit.
