    We love the design of this series but after 3 years we ran into trouble with it failing on us. Our electrician could not fix it so we had to contact Bosch for support and service. We didn't expect a high end appliances to fail on us after 3 years.

    The use of this oven is great however after three years the light went out in the bottom oven has stopped working requiring repair

    In just three years, the coating on the bottom of the oven has cracked, peeling off and rusting the underlying metal. There are switches on the speed/microwave oven that failed a second time. You must pull the oven out to work on many issues, even replacing the bottom oven element. I do not recommend purchasing this unit unless you are only looking for an oven that looks good on the outside. Bosh has not backed this product, so you are on your own.

    bought this in 2017 and the microwave has broken 3 times already. First it blew a fuse, then the door hinges broke and now the front panel is dark. This product is so bad we're considering replacing it after only three years. Don't buy the combinations ovens! They are expensive and unreliable.
